RFID's Second Wave

"It used to take seven workers to unload materials at Boeing's Auburn (Wash.) plant where the aircraft maker builds parts for its planes. Now the only worker needed to move the parts is the supplier's truck driver who delivers the goods. Boeing has no employees of its own working the door. What happened?
