RFID in the automotive industry

And now with standardisation of the RFID technology through the work of EPCglobal Inc (a non-profit consortium of supply chain providers) the EPC / RFID technology has the potential to enhance those applications by an ubiquitous infrastructure that provides standardisation for automatic identification.
