"Ericsson’s RoHS compliant PKJ-N DC-DC converter is expected to be used in the design of RF power amplifier systems in mobile basestations. There are two versions - 30.2V/8.3A/250W, and 28.2V/11A/310W. The firm’s metal-to-metal package technology gives a device efficiency of 91.5 per cent at half load and 91 per cent at full load."
