DIP switches are RoHS-compliant

"NKK Switches has launched a new series of RoHS-compliant subminiature DIP switches. The new JS series devices are available in four or eight positions. Rounding out the company's DIP switch line, the new end-to-end stackable RoHS-compliant JS series devices incorporate several distinctive characteristics including both through-hole and surface-mount configurations. The JS series is rated at 25mA at 24Vdc. They also feature a sliding twin contact mechanism with self-cleaning action to provide smooth actuation, high contact reliability and stable contact resistance. The contacts are gold plated and prevent oxidation and sulfide effect. The use of self extinguishing UL94V-0 certified material in the cover and base provides high arc resistance as well as high insulation resistance, said the company." Source: eetasia.com
